I must admit that I very rarely bother to write reviews unless I am treated very badly but the excellent service that I received from this particular garage deserves a mention. My wife and I bought a Land Rover Discovery from them at the beginning of December and found the whole experience relatively painless. We found them to be very easy to deal with and their policy seems to be one of no high pressure sales tactics which we found refreshing. I have had several bad experiences when buying cars from other garages over the years and I must admit I am now very cautious when parting with a large sum of money. We found their cars to be of above average quality compared to some that we viewed at other dealerships and we were very happy with the Discovery we eventually settled on. I would say that it is sometimes not until something goes wrong that you really see the true colours of a business and when something did go wrong about 6 weeks after collecting the car, this garage certainly stepped up to the plate. My wife was out shopping in Tonbridge one afternoon but when she returned to the car she found that the hand brake would not release, leaving her stranded in a Sainsbury's car park with 2 young children. Apparently this is a common problem on the model that we have but as we didn't have any breakdown cover she was well and truly stuck. At this point she called the garage and spoke to Craig the sales manager and literally within 15 minutes 2 of their staff turned up with a courtesy car and she was able to carry on and get the kids home. They then recovered the Discovery to their workshop, fixed it and delivered it back to our home by 10 Am the next morning. It's true that we only live about 3 miles from Autolink but the way they responded was absolutely first class.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to and family or friends that are in the market for a 4x4.
